Half-Day Yoga & Sound Retreat
Join me for a nourishing half-day yoga and sound retreat in Ballintotis, East Cork — a spacious and supportive morning designed to help you slow down, reconnect with your body, and deeply restore your nervous system through movement, breath, meditation, and sound.
What to Expect
Breathwork & Yoga Flow
We begin the morning with guided breathwork to ground your awareness and settle the mind, followed by a mindful yoga flow class. This practice will focus on steady movement, mobility, and breath-led awareness to awaken the body and build gentle warmth and strength.
Yin & Restorative Yoga
From there, we shift into a slower, more inward practice combining yin and restorative yoga. These longer-held, supported shapes invite deep release in the connective tissues and encourage full-body relaxation. Expect the use of props and options so you can fully soften and rest.
Guided Meditation & Multi-Instrument Sound Bath
You’ll then be guided into meditation to support integration and inner stillness, before dropping into an immersive multi-instrument sound bath. Using a blend of sound instruments and resonant tones, this sound journey supports deep rest, nervous system regulation, and energetic balance.
Simply lie back, listen, and receive.
Closing with Connection & Treats
We’ll close the retreat with light snacks, homemade sweet treatstea and coffee, and time to chat and connect — allowing you to gently transition back into the rest of your day.
