A little bit about the classes

Yogalates
Yogalates is a fusion of yoga and Pilates, blending the best elements of both practices to create a well-rounded and effective class. We focus on key principles that support strength, balance, flexibility, mobility, and overall mind–body awareness. You really do get the best of both worlds.
This class is suitable for all levels, as I offer variations to support different abilities and experiences—however, be prepared to feel the burn.

Yoga Flow
Yoga Flow classes are a balanced mix of everything yoga. Each week has a different focus, theme, or intention, which is thoughtfully woven into the sequence. Classes begin with grounding practices and breath awareness, followed by a progressive warm-up based on the theme. We then bring everything together into a flowing sequence. As always, the class concludes with a guided relaxation to support integration and rest.

Yin Yoga & Yoga Nidra
Yin Yoga and Yoga Nidra is a very gentle practice suited to absolutely anyone. Yin yoga is a slow, meditative practice where we hold seated and lying postures for several minutes at a time, targeting the deeper connective tissues and joints of the body. Throughout the practice, we focus on breath awareness and present-moment experience, creating a nourishing and inward-focused space.
The class finishes with Yoga Nidra, a guided lying-down relaxation that leads you through breath awareness, bodily sensations, and visualisation. This style of class feels especially supportive during uncertain or busy times, offering a calm, gentle environment to turn inward, disconnect from external distractions, and reconnect with yourself and your present experience.

Guided Meditation & Sound Bath
Guided Meditation and Sound Bath sessions offer a deeply restorative experience, supporting the nervous system and inviting the body and mind into a state of rest and ease. The session begins with a gentle guided meditation to help settle the mind, connect to the breath, and arrive fully in the present moment.
This is followed by a sound bath using instruments such as crystal singing bowls and other therapeutic sounds, allowing vibrations to move through the body and support deep relaxation. These sessions provide space to slow down, release tension, and access a meditative state where the body can rest and restore.
