A little bit about the classes

*Yogalates is a fusion of yoga and pilates. I blend all the best bits from both styles to create a well-rounded class. We focus on the main principals of both practices that will help improve your strength, balance, flexibility, mobility and improve mind and body awareness. You really are getting the best of both worlds. It is suitable for all levels as I offer variations to suit different abilities and experiences but be prepared to feel the burn.

*Yoga Flow classes are a mix of everything Yoga. Each week there is a different focus, theme or intention sequenced into the class. All flow class start with some grounding practices and breath awareness, we then warm our bodies up according to the focus/theme and then we combine it together for a flow and of course no class would be complete without a guided relaxtion at the end.

*Yin yoga and yoga nidra is a very gentle practice suited to absolutely anyone. Yin yoga is a soft, medatitive practice. We hold various seated and lying down poses for a few minutes at a time targeting the deeper connective tissues and joints in the body while focusing on the breath and your present experience. It is a nourishing, meditative, inwardly practice. We finish the practice with yoga nidra which is a lying down guided relaxation where you will be guided through breath awareness, bodily sensations and visualisation. I feel that this style of class is what many of us need during these uncertain times as it is a very gentle, soft, calming practice where we are given space and time to go inward, to remove ourselves from all the worlds distractions and spend time focusing and connecting to oursleves and the present experience at that time.

Classes are either pay per class or buy a class pass at a discounted rate. For details on how to pay contact me through the booking section.
