A fusion of Yoga and Pilates. A blend of these two forms of movement creating a subtle but strong dynamic practice that will help stretch, strengthen and tone not just the core but the whole body. Guided through various forms of Yoga poses and Pilates exercises combined with our breathing to encourage a deeper understanding of our bodies and mind. In the practice you will harness the physical and mental benefits of both practices enhancing mind and body connection/awareness, strength, stamina, flexibility and balance and improving posture, core strength and stability and creating a strong, stable foundation for movement.
