Teenagers have to deal with a lot stress and pressure through school, home life, socialising and hormones. Yoga is a great way to help teenagers to de-stress, improve their self esteem and their concentration\focus as well as all the physical benefits that go along with it.

Yoga encourages better posture and alignment which is very important as most teenagers spend the majority of their day sitting down hunched over books or at a computer. It also improves strength, flexibility and balance. Yoga encourages teenagers to focus on their breath which in turn will help them to stay present blocking out any distractions and\or negativity.
