Join me for a deeply restorative morning in Ballintotis, East Cork — A retreat designed to help you slow down, reconnect with your body, and nourish your nervous system through movement, breath, meditation, and sound.
What to Expect
Breathwork & Yoga Flow
We’ll begin with guided breathwork to ground your awareness and settle the mind, followed by a mindful yoga flow focused on mobility, strength, flexibility, and breath-led awareness. This practice is designed to gently awaken the body while building warmth, strength, connection and presence.
Yin & Restorative Yoga
From there, we’ll soften into a slower, more inward practice combining yin and restorative yoga. These longer-held, supported postures encourage deep release in the connective tissues and invite full-body relaxation. Props and modifications will be offered throughout so you can fully relax and rest.
Guided Meditation & Multi-Instrument Sound Bath
You’ll then be guided into meditation to support integration and inner stillness before settling into an immersive multi-instrument sound bath. Through resonant tones and healing sound instruments, this experience is designed to encourage deep rest, nervous system regulation, and energetic balance.
Simply lie back, listen, and receive.
Closing with Connection & Treats
We’ll close the retreat with a generous spread of various snacks, homemade sweet treats, tea and coffee, along with time to chat, connect, and gently transition back into the rest of your day.
